Cognitively-Based Compassion Training (CBCT) (Copy)

COMPASSION IS A TRAIT THAT CAN BE DEVELOPED and EXPANDED
A 3-day program that bridges contemporary neuroscience with 11th Century Tibetan mindfulness philosophy, presented and taught in a secular manner. The outcomes are increased sense of wellbeing, optimal social functioning, and a decreased sense of depression.

CBCT was created by Dr. Negi and has been studied and proven at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).  CBCT is currently offered through Emory University to medical and mental health professionals, corporate executives, educators, social workers and many others.
